Enjoy a hearty food tour at Chinatown Complex Food Centre, the largest hawker centre in Singapore. Take a stroll through the traditional wet market which sells Chinese vegetables, herbs and spices as well as live shellfish and exotic meats such as frogs and eels.
After, we head upstairs to sample the best of Singapore’s hawker food such as chicken rice, popiah (spring roll), chee cheong fun (rice rolls), carrot cake (not your usual carrot cake), Satay, Hokkien prawn mee and chendol (local dessert)!
We end our food tour with a traditional tea appreciation at the largest and oldest Chinese tea house in Singapore. Relax in the cosy haven as you sample the finest handpicked teas with the guidance of an experienced tea artist.
